In order to finding potential high-risk patients, let patients aware of their real health condition, lower possible severe complication rate if patients get COVID 19, Love Family Practice plans to host a health fair from April 10, 2022, to April 30, 2022 for uninsured patients, doing screening and free consultation based on test results.
Who: Uninsured population (maximum 50 people, first come first served)
Where: Online
Process: Apply to join the health fair online, get lab test order, go to LabCorp Service center for blood draw, schedule free online consultation for result discussion. (No prescription will be given during this event.)
Free consultation for lab result is by appointment only.
Time frame: Appointment and blood test are only available between 4/10/2022 to 4/30/2022. Consultation and blood test are out of this time frame will be subject to normal charges and fees.
Capacity: 50
